Can you buy on the Yellowfin site even if you don't have a Paypal account?

YES. Paypal acts a portal for accepting your credit card payments in a secure way. You can use a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. If you want to learn more about safety concerning PayPal payments, please click here.

Do you take any form of payment other than PayPal and credit cards?

YES. We'd be happy to accomodate anyone that does not feel comfortable shopping online. If there is anything you want to purchase but would rather use a different form of payment, please contact us. We can arrange for a payment by check, transfer, etc.

Does Yellowfin ship worldwide?

YES. We ship anywhere in the world. Yellowfin global shipping rates are very reasonable, if you want to know how much shipping will cost you, select the item you want and click the add to cart button. The next screen will show you shipping rates (your order will not be confirmed until you proceed from there, so feel free to check!).

Can you make a custom-order for under $20?

YES, absolutely. We make customized jewelry for ANY budget. Tell us how much you want to spend and what you are looking for, we'll brainstorm some designs and get back to you so you can choose one and make a decision whether you want to go ahead with the order. Can you make a design in gold tones instead of silver?

YES. Although most of our jewelry has silver accents, we are able to customize it in any other tone (gold, copper, etc.) and in any other quality (such as sterling silver or solid gold) provided the beads used are available (some are one of a kind). Do you gift wrap?

YES. We offer FREE gift wrapping, just specify on the "Instructions to seller" when you are checking out that it is a gift, who it is going to and any other relevant information.

Is Yellowfin Jewelry sold in stores?

YES. Currently, Yellowfin is being sold in a select boutique in Southern Spain and in an arts and crafts gallery in Boone, NC. For more information and pictures, click here. If you are a store-owner and would like to inquire about selling Yellowfin in your shop, please contact us.

Do you offer wholesale pricing/ bulk orders?

NO. At Yellowfin we pride ourselves in producing unique pieces of jewelry and we usually only make one or two pairs of each design. However, if you would like say 3 or 4 pairs of a certain design (eg. to give as gifts to your bridal party) we'd be happy  to make them for you (we never make more than 5 of anything though, we want to keep a "limited edition" quality to them).
